12. studenog 2025. imali smo posebno zadovoljstvo ugostiti Paula Bradburyja, poznatog britanskog novinara, putopisca i autora popularnog portala Total Croatia News, koji već dugi niz godina s velikom strašću piše o ljepotama i posebnostima Hrvatske. 🌿

Tijekom svog posjeta Restoranu Aerosteak Grobnik, gospodin Bradbury imao je priliku kušati lokalne grobničke delicije, tradicionalnu palentu kompiricu i poznati grobnički sir te posebnu gastronomsku kreaciju chefa Tomasa Maglice – sladoled od grobničkog sira, koji ga je oduševio. 🍨🧀

Bilo nam je iznimno drago što smo mu mogli predstaviti dio bogate kulturno-gastronomske baštine Grobnišćine.

We had the great pleasure of welcoming Paul Bradbury, the well-known British journalist, travel writer, and author of the popular portal Total Croatia News, who has been passionately writing about the beauty and uniqueness of Croatia for many years. 🌿

During his visit to Restaurant Aerosteak Grobnik, Mr. Bradbury had the opportunity to taste local Grobnik specialties – traditional palenta kompirica (cornmeal and potato dish), the famous Grobnik cheese, and a unique culinary creation by Chef Tomas MaglicaGrobnik cheese ice cream, which truly delighted him. 🍨🧀
