Following the great interest in organized walks through the kalići in Čavle last autumn, the Čavle Tourist Board is once again organizing three guided educational walks this spring under the title “Discover Čavle’s Kalići”
On three consecutive Saturdays, starting May 30, 2026, you will have the opportunity to discover the beauty of Čavle’s kalići, enjoy nature and cultural heritage, and spend time in pleasant company.
👉 The walks are organized to mark the completion of the Čavle kalići revitalization project, during which 14 kalići were restored and arranged, connected by more than 14 km of trails across three walking routes. Informational boards, benches, and tables have been installed, access paths cleared, and landmarks marked.
📅 May 30 – Čavle – Hrastenica walk
👉 The first walk will take place on May 30, 2026, starting at 9:00 AM
👉 Čavle – Hrastenica trail, 3.7 km (one way)
👉 The walk lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes (one way)
👉 Meeting point: in front of the Čavle Tourist Board office, from where the walk begins on foot
🎁 Upon gathering in front of the Čavle Tourist Board office, you will be welcomed with a complimentary welcome liqueur, and all participants will receive a small gift.
